The ethically challenged and criminally corrupt Republican leader Tom DeLay is whining that Nancy Pelosi should apologize for calling the war on Iraq a “grotesque mistake”. One wonders if DeLay considers the majority of Americans who now think of the war as a huge mistake as similarly mean.
Considering his past activity, you also have to wonder which multimillionaire lobbyist paid DeLay to say what he said.

It's a diversionary tactic.
Sometimes, I feel like I am the only Liberal left who thinks the war in Iraq was/IS a good idea, and must be continued. While it gets me into more than a few pissing matches, I'm planning on continuing my support for the war effort, and I'll meet you all back at the front to take back our civil liberties from the fundies and NeoCons who believe "security" in exchange for freedom is the "American thing to do" and a "good trade-off".

There a few moderates who think it's still a good thing. Hey even Bill Maher now thinks so. Yikes.
