Is he worthy?

Biden wants to seek Democratic nomination for president, per the headlines. Didn't he give the thumbs up for the war in Iraq? In that case, in my mind, he is not a leader but a follower. Of course, my opinion is definitely shortsighted.

The credit card companies' favorite senator intends to run for president in 2008?

I hadn't heard about this... I sort of hope it isn't true. I think the other side would bring up the old plagiarism thing again, and use it to make him completely ineffective as a candidate.

Actually, I think Kinky Friedman would be a better candidate. In his case, I would vote for the person rather than the party. After having read just about all his books, I think he seems like a man who could get things done!

I like that Biden is outspoken and not afraid to say it like it is. But his support of the bankruptcy bill is shameful in my mind, and really shows how bought all of our politicians are.
