9:25 p.m. We are still sitting around waiting for the bill, or the session, to die. While we are doing that here is a list of what passed and what failed this session.
10:00 p.m. GOVERNOR ANNOUNCES SPECIAL SESSION TOMORROW at ten a.m.
10:10 p.m. Still in the House waiting. Why you ask? Well now begins the well worn art of blaming. Senator Whitmire is at this moment talking the bill to death. We on the other hand can not gavel the session out first because the House would be to blame. So we sit and watch the clock tick away........
11:00 p.m. At the end of last session the end of session song was Elton John's "I'm still standing." Well tonight with one hour to go in the session I can only say, "I'm still sitting" here on the House floor, waiting for this bill and session to die.

Perry shows lack of leadership again
Governor MoFo has announced another special session for tomorrow. Rep. Aron Pena live blogged tonight's activities on the floor. This means another 2 million lost because of Perry's incompetence.
