I am a catholic and am tired of hearing Catholic democrats labeled as bad Christians. The so called Christian Conservative groups supporting Bush's agenda are just as well bad Christians.
I sincerely believe that supporting the death penalty, tax breaks for the wealthiest, Halliburton's and other energy firm's fat government contracts, and the invasion of Iraq on faulty intelligence resulting in thousands of innocent lives being massacred is the pinnacle of Christian hypocrisy - no matter what religion you support. If religion is to be in politics, I wait for the day for Catholic bishops to open their eyes and pounce on these issues.
