House Maj Leader Tom DeLay apologized for "inartful" criticism of judges (Houston Chronicle). And asked if he had ever crossed the line of ethical behavior, DeLay said: "'Ever' is a very strong word" (Washington Times).
"DeLay's problem isn't with the Democrats, Delay's problem is with the country. And so Delay has a challenge to lay out a case that the country comes to believe."
