Another day, another subpoena.

Another DeLay aid subpoenaed today by a prosecutor in Austin. Another day, another subpoena.
Robert G. Mills also ran an organization linked to disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff.

Travis County District Attorney Ronnie Earle is seeking records from Mills in a probe of DeLay, who faces trial on money laundering charges. DeLay says he's innocent.

Earle wants information about a 500-thousand dollar political contribution made in 1999 by the National Republican Congressional Committee to the U-S Family Network.

Mills, who was DeLay's 1996 campaign manager, was president of the Network.

The Washington Post reported Network donations came from clients of Abramoff, who's pleaded guilty in a congressional corruption investigation.
